Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Divine Design. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (divinedesign.crew@gmail.com).

We ship locally within Latvia and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Latvia (Local):
- Delivery Method: DPD Parcel Machines (Pakomāti) or Courier.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after processing.
Baltic States (Estonia & Lithuania):
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after processing.
Rest of Europe:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after processing.
International (Worldwide):
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Divine Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc. for non-EU countries).

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at divinedesign.crew@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue with the courier service.
