Thank you for shopping with Divine Design. We hope you love your order, but if something is not quite right, you have the right to return your purchase in accordance with applicable Latvian and European Union consumer protection laws.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

2. Conditions for Returns
You may try on clothing in the same way you would in a physical store in order to check the size, fit and appearance.
To receive a full refund, please make sure that:

the item has not been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to try it on;

the item has not been washed, altered, damaged or stained;
-
the item does not show signs of use beyond normal fitting;

all original tags and labels remain attached where reasonably possible; and
-
where reasonably possible, the item is returned in its original packaging.
The original packaging is not an absolute requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal. However, we kindly ask you to use the original packaging whenever possible to help protect the item during return shipping.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the item.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at divinedesign.crew@gmail.com and include your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue.
If the product does not conform to the order or applicable legal requirements, you have the rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
Any reasonable costs necessary for returning a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item will be covered by Divine Design.
These rights are separate from your 14-day right of withdrawal and are not affected by this Return and Refund Policy.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where an exception is provided by law, including:
Personalized or custom-made products — items made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed hygiene-related products — sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.
These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the order.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the return.
When exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that after we issue the refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
Return shipping costs for a standard withdrawal are not refundable.
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Divine Design will cover the reasonable costs associated with returning the item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been completed.
