Pentago :: slipcase and game redesign :: 2008 student work
Since 2004 when it was first introduced to the public—this brilliant swedish game has won multiple awards for being simple yet complex in its game theory. Scandinavian minimalist design thinking was the jumping off point that I took for my redesign. From the type of wood to the weight of the marbles—I controlled, built and redesigned every aspect of this project. The result was a successful marriage between a smart game and smart design.
